The Co-op and Compliance Manager role is a highly collaborative position that works closely with all contributors on our sales and client services team, as well as with external agencies. It’s imperative that this role is filled with someone who is able to stay-up-to-date with the changing laws, rules, and regulations of the automotive and advertising industries at the federal, state, regulatory, and manufacturer levels and be able to effectively disseminate that information within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage QA and compliance process for all 3 Birds client communications
  • Ensure that correct and compliant brand (OEM), state and federal guidelines are used for advertising automotive vehicles
  • Distribute OEM event and incentive information including compliant logos and/or images
  • Work with creative team to develop relevant creative themes and manufacturer program images for use in client communication
